A group of 43 men aged 27-37 years were divided into two groups: 1) the active testosterone booster compound group and 2) an inseparable placebo group. All subjects consumed their test product each morning at breakfast for 12 consecutive days, and blood samples were taken before treatment, after 6 and 12 days of treatment, and 3 days after the end of treatment. All blood samples were taken between 9: 30-10: 30 am, a time of day when serum fluctuations of testosterone are minimal. The results showed that serum testosterone levels in the active group increased significantly compared to those in the placebo group during the course of the study, with the active testosterone enhancing compound leading to a 42% increase in testosterone after 12 days of use. Interestingly, testosterone increased 322-fold 3 days after stopping treatment compared to baseline in the treatment group.

In a recent randomized, crossed-out, double-blind clinical study, men and women between the ages of 18 and 70 were recruited. The subjects were scheduled for two test sessions at one-week intervals where, after an overnight fast, blood samples were taken over a period of 120 minutes after consumption of either the proprietary Growth Factor-9 mixture or the placebo capsules. Neither the subjects nor the investigators knew at which session the subjects received the GF-9 mixture and at which session they received placebo. At the end of the study, the samples were tested for serum hormone levels and the results were analyzed independently. Results: The GF-9 mixture resulted in a 682% increase in serum hormone levels at 120 minutes, which was significant in addition to placebo. *
