To evaluate individual tolerance, consume a 4 oz Shatter ™ Ripped Black Onyx® scoop. water per day for up to three days, then follow the instructions below. Instructions for weight loss: Mix a scoop with 4 oz. cold water and consume twice daily, 30 minutes before your two biggest meals. For best results, use for at least 60 days along with a calorie-reduced diet and exercise program.
Directions for Exercise: For more energy, mix two scoops with 8 oz. cold water and consume 30 minutes before exercise. Do not take within 5 hours after bedtime. Read the entire label before use and follow the instructions. Do not exceed two buckets in one (2 servings) for 24 hours.
